Three ways
to work together.
Support for a collection, a fresh perspective on your business, or someone to lead product over the longer term.
Not sure which fits? Let's start with a 30-minute conversation about what you're working on and where you need support. No charge.
Freelance: Design and development, by the day or the season
I work alongside your team to take a collection from initial ideas through to production. From concept and fabric sourcing to tech packs, fit reviews and supplier coordination, I can take on a defined part of the process or follow it all the way through.
Available for individual projects, seasonal support and leave cover.
Consulting: A clear direction and a practical plan
For founders and teams launching something new or working through a challenge. I help shape ranges, review sourcing and margins, and untangle the processes that make development harder than it needs to be.
We start with what you're trying to resolve, then agree the right scope: a focused session, a review of how you work, or a project with clear deliverables.
Fractional head of product: Experienced product leadership, part time
I take responsibility for moving your collections forward, bringing together creative direction, development, suppliers and the commercial priorities of the business. Working with your team on agreed days each week, I help set priorities, make decisions and keep the season on track.
An ongoing monthly engagement, with an initial three-month commitment.
Where I can help
From first idea
to next season.
The whole life of a product: what to make, how it's made, how it keeps running and where it's sold.
Direction
What to make, who it's for and what it should cost.
- Trend + concept direction
- Range planning
- Collaborations
Development
Fabrics, tech packs, samples, fit and factories. The detail that gets it made right.
- Design + development
- Fabric + trim sourcing
- Factory sourcing + production
Systems
Process, product data, tools and AI, so next season is easier than the last.
- Process mapping + design ops
- Product data + systems
- AI workflows + tooling
Retail & spaces
Where it's sold and how it's seen. Shops, studios, pop-ups and fixtures.
- Retail concepts

Who I am
A designer's eye. A founder's experience.
For twelve years, I built and ran Satta, a menswear and lifestyle label stocked by independent stores and online retailers around the world.
I worked across the business: designing collections, sourcing materials, developing samples, managing production and building our Barcelona shop and studio. That experience shaped how I work. Creative decisions have to hold up in the finished product, on the balance sheet and in everyday use.
I also founded Kōbō, software that helps fashion brands manage product development and operations, drawing on the challenges I'd experienced myself.
Today, I bring that combination of design, development and business experience to brands that need considered ideas and practical help bringing them to life.

How I work
Hands first
I trained as a garden designer and woodworker before I made clothes. I still start with the material: its texture, its weight, how it wears.
Considered by design
Fewer, better things. Natural materials, processed as little as possible, made to be kept and used.
City and nature
Most of what I make sits between city life and the pull of the outdoors: clothes, objects and spaces for people who want both.
Made to be made
A design is only half done on paper. I draw what a factory can make well at a cost that works, and write it down so it can be made again.
